What this website collects

This website is a static site: it has no contact forms, no user accounts, no comments and does not use profiling or advertising tools.

It does not set cookies and does not use analytics services. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this site, not from third parties.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, a service of Google LLC, which serves it through a content delivery network. As with any web server, the hosting provider may record technical connection data (IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser type) in its logs, for security and service-operation purposes. These logs are processed by Google as a data processor on our behalf, under the Google Cloud terms and data processing addendum, and are retained for the time strictly necessary.

When you contact us

If you write to us by email, call us or contact us through LinkedIn or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (name, contact details and the content of your message) only to reply to your request and, where applicable, to manage the subsequent business relationship. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Messages are kept for the time needed to handle your request and, if a business relationship follows, for the periods required by law. They are not shared with third parties, except for the providers that supply the communication services used (email provider, telephone operator, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), each acting under its own privacy policy.

Links to other websites

This site contains links to external services (for example LinkedIn and WhatsApp). When you follow them, the respective privacy policies apply; we have no control over how those services process your data.

Your rights

You have the right to obtain access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing, by writing to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
